My little sister called me with a beauty emergency the other day. I gifted her her first set of make-up brushes to welcome her into the world of glam and she needed a lesson or two in building her collection. Our convo went a little something like this:
Sis: "I need make-up."
Me: "Okay, what do you need?"
Sis: "Everything."
Me: "Meet me at Sephora in one hour."
My favorite time of year to shop for make-up is Fall. This being the fact that they are preparing for Christmas and you can find incredible deals. A company that sells an eyeshadow for twenty bucks a pop will most always sell a complete set for just ten to fifteen dollars more. If you know where to look you can score a major deal.
